THE ROOT
Every limitation has a root. Most of us have never seen it.
Long before we could choose, the child in us found her own ways to belong and to be loved. Some wounds we lived ourselves. Others we inherited: loyalties to our family that we carry out of love, without even knowing it. They rest in the subconscious and, quietly, they decide how we love, how we work and how much we allow ourselves to receive. I see them showing up in seven main forms.

Rejection
Somewhere, the child felt there was no space for her. Today you hide your light, stay small and wonder if you truly deserve to be here.

The fear of being left alone. Today you stay where you stopped growing, and need others around you to feel you are enough.

Alchemy is the art of turning lead into gold. In the Alchemy Process, I guide you through every layer of your being. Because a wound held in the body can't be solved by the mind alone, and a pattern inherited from your family won't shift with willpower.

Through Reiki, I channel universal life energy with my hands to release blockages and rebalance your chakras, the energy centres of the body. Crystals placed on each chakra, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and magnets work with frequency and vibration, so every cell can remember its natural harmony.

The doorway to your unconscious.

Is this therapy?
No. It's an accompaniment, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you need that kind of support, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right referral.
Can I do sessions online?
Systemic sessions are available in person and online. Return to the Heart is exclusively online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Quantum Healing and Integrative sessions are in person only. In English and Spanish.
Which session is right for me?
Trust what resonates. If you feel called to go deep over time, Return to the Heart gives the process eight weeks to root. Still unsure? Send me a message.
